PURCHASHING TERM

All products’ prices are in Ringgit Malaysia prices shown on the website when customers confirm an order shall prevail. Customers will be required to complete the transactions via online payment or offline payment. We shall bear no responsibility should there be any malfunctioning of any third-party sites.

Services provided are based on the information from our customers, e.g. shipping address, contact information, etc . If the ordering and shipping procedures are in any way affected or hindered due to any inaccurate information provided by our customers, we shall bear no responsibility. We reserve the ownership of any articles until they are shipped to customers.

We can provide tracking numbers for the parcels.

Only e-Receipt is available.

Should we fail to provide services to any users due to any natural disasters, accidents, riots, wars, changes in government polices, strikes or any other situations that cannot be controlled or predicted, we shall bear no responsibility to any users or third-parties.

Note that the services below do not apply to custom-made material model and all sizes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We not accept refunding request.

We not accept size exchanging after 7days receive of the product.

Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the process of exchanging. 

*Please note that We only offer exchanging item sizes, not models or carat sizes.

Items ineligible for return :

  1. Items with man-induced damage

  2. Items with damaged packaging

  3. Customised models or sizes 

  4. Earrings (due to hygienic issues)

Please enclose your name, contact information and issue with the product.

While we are happy to let our customers decide the courier of their choosing, Please note that we do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged products during shipping.

Upon receiving the product(s), we will examine the condition and arrange for repairing or size exchange. Items will be shipped back within 1 month. (Actual time required is dependent on the situation.)
